Over 1,400 employers in the St. Louis region have already discovered how free and easy it is to join RideFinders.
An employer representative, usually in the human resources department, simply contacts
RideFinders at (800) VIP-RIDE to verbally join this free program and agrees to be the on-site
contact for RideFinders — the Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC).
Participating in RideFinders … is Easier
After an employer joins the regional rideshare program, RideFinders goes to work to promote
the program to employees, then helps administer their free, exclusive
incentives once employees decide to rideshare.
Promoting RideFinders to Employees
RideFinders provides ETCs with posters and brochures on the free
Ridematching Service to display at their worksite,
then contacts ETCs to schedule, host and promote a “Rideshare Fair” at their worksite
to discuss ridesharing with employees and share information. RideFinders also participates in employee benefits
fairs, new employee orientations or other events as requested by ETCs.
Administering RideFinders for Employees
RideFinders meets with ETCs to explain how to administer
the free, exclusive incentives provided to their ridesharing
employees by RideFinders. ETCs also begin receiving a monthly report of their employee ridesharing roster
to update. These administrative tasks require just 15 minutes a month — a minimal amount of time
and effort that yields great benefits.
